Privacy Policy

• Contact details — name, phone number, email address, and pickup / drop-off addresses you provide when booking or requesting a quote.
• Booking details — trip type, date, time, passenger count, flight or terminal info, notes.
• Payment information — processed and stored by Square. We never see or store full card numbers on our own servers. We do retain the card brand, last four digits, and Square customer/token IDs.
• Communications — records of SMS and email messages we exchange with you about your ride.
• Usage data — standard web logs (IP address, browser, page views) via our hosting provider.

• To schedule, confirm, and complete your ride.
• To send booking confirmations, pickup reminders, quote replies, and cancellation notices via SMS or email (see SMS section below).
• To process payments (Square) and, when authorized, apply late-cancel or no-show fees per our Terms.
• To route your trip and estimate distance / duration (Mapbox).
• To respond to questions and improve our service.

When you voluntarily opt in, Northern Star Taxi may send recurring informational text messages regarding transportation requests, quotes, booking confirmations, ride reminders, driver arrival updates, and customer support.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using our transportation services.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers when necessary to deliver our messaging services.

We share only what's needed to run your ride, with these trusted partners:

• Square — payment processing
• Twilio — SMS delivery
• Resend — email delivery
• Mapbox — distance / route estimation
• Emergent — website hosting and infrastructure

We do not sell your personal information. We only disclose information to law enforcement if required by law.

• Access / correction — email us and we'll share what we have on file and fix any errors.
• SMS unsubscribe — reply STOP to any text.
• Email unsubscribe — reply to any email or use the unsubscribe link.
• Deletion — email us to request deletion of your account data.
